There’s no need to hit the gym. You can achieve a lot at home. Keep it consistent and let me know once any exercises feel too easy.

If you can keep doing these on the break then it will really help you in the long run. Do these for yourself in 5 years time. I love that sentiment and a real motivator not to ignore the importance of S&C. The earlier you can get them done this week the more rest you will get ahead of Sunday.
