All good. Being at son’s house only 8kg KB available so I did 2 sets of 30 reps for each of my usual 9kg exs and 2 x 10 of the split squats and bent over rows. No niggles. I’ve not heard from hosp yet and have realised there’s a hash on Sunday. I’ll liaise via WhatsApp w coach to check best options.
