Home S&C

There’s no need to hit the gym. You can achieve a lot at home. Keep it consistent and let me know once any exercises feel too easy.

Let me know if we need to tweak this? It’s from the last plan. Happy to have as much input here as you like. Best results have come from those that keep their S&C simple.
