Done, ✔️ I will try to keep everything up, I just might have to be a bit flexible once move gets closer, sure sorting my stuff out and filling up a skip counts as S&C though 😀

To be honest, it does. Moving boxes and stuff is good workout. You should actually be more aware of what you’re doing in terms of movement patterns. I know it sounds silly, but thinking about it can help, so picking up a box you want to do a proper squat to protect your back. Picking stuff up can be a single leg deadlift. Lifting boxes up high is an overhead press. You get the idea. Well done for getting these complete.
