There’s no need to hit the gym. You can achieve a lot at home. Keep it consistent and let me know once any exercises feel too easy.

Difficult for me to prescribe what is best right now. Perhaps send over what you are doing and I can still add it to the dashboard. Maintenance should be the primary goal.

A light and easy set of stretches and arms for 20 mins, ( plus a 20 min easy sea swim this morning) Life got in the way to do earlier in the week, and now too close to Rye run tomorrow. Just out of interest, on average I walk25 miles a week, what bearing does this have on my training load if anything?

Well done Su. If the walking is something you’ve always done then I don’t think we need to worry. But if you suddenly increased the volume of the walking, then perhaps we would need to consider it from a training load perspective. Especially if there were any long hikes in there. Good question though.
