There’s no need to hit the gym. You can achieve a lot at home. Keep it consistent and let me know once any exercises feel too easy.

I’ll keep putting the exercises in but if you prefer a You Tube video that’s cool. Enjoy. Keep being awesome.

As I didn’t run at the weekend I went to class Monday 🙈 it was small so we did a complete s&c which meant I could tick this off early in the week 😀 I have set myself goals this week, wear my watch & remember to actually start it 🤣 give regular feedback as I feel I’ve been slacking lately. However I feel great so everything is going well

This is great. Well done Stacey. Excellent to tick this off at the start of the week. I like those goals, especially the feedback, it really helps me, even if it’s short and sweet, I can keep track on how things are going. Kirsty did great, but she was still disappointed in herself for not going quicker 🙄 We were stood at mile 24 for about 90 mins and she looked stronger than pretty much everyone else that went by. Thanks for recommending me to her.
