Good blast on the bike before work which was nice. All weights and exercises went well although it is rather hot in my gym in this weather.

Did you not install any air con? 😂 Yeah I saw the bike ride. Nice to be able to do that at this time of year to get that extra cardio in. Nice to see you both at track, sorry it’s tricky to chat when there are so many there. Ellen did great again. Feel liked she paced herself better on this occasion which shows she is learning.
