Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

Single Leg Calf Raises 2 x 12 (25kg)
Flutter Kicks 2 x 60s
Kettlebell Hip March 2 x 12 (8kg)
Tib Raises 2 x 30
Bent Knee Calf Raises 2 x 15 (25kg)
Russian Twist 2 x 22 (14kg)
Press Up 2 x 25
DeadLift 2 x 8 (50kg)

Decent bike ride to start with then all exercises a little later on. Felt strong again with this. I might need to invest in a fan for the gym it’s rather toasty in there that’s for sure.

Is there a better feeling when that fan rotates on a hot day and you catch a bit of cool air. Definitely a needed investment. I used to live in a top floor flat in the eves just off the ridge. And the windows in the roof were at such an angle that every now and again a cool breeze would blow in, and a warm day it was just heaven. I’ll never forget that. Granted it wasn’t quite so nice in the winter, but hey ho. Enough of that nonsense, fantastic work again Steve, well done for smashing these out. Your consistency is excellent.
