There’s no need to hit the gym. You can achieve a lot at home. Keep it consistent and let me know once any exercises feel too easy.

I’m going to keep it at one session for now just until we can see how you react to the training. Plus you might want an extra day off given it’s bank holiday

After a busy day I only managed to fit this in this evening, probably not ideal as morning would have been better. But I got it done 😀 A little tired but now it’s worthwhile and important. Will definitely try to do these on a morning in future. Almost made it to the end of the week and a good few miles and hills covered.
