Home S&C

There’s no need to hit the gym. You can achieve a lot at home. Keep it consistent and let me know once any exercises feel too easy.

I’ve really reigned this in for now. Let’s get back into the habits and plenty of time to get back to where you were.

Skipping 5 x 10s
Plank 2 x 40s
Split Squat 2 x 5
Single Leg Calf Raises 2 x 10
KettleBell Swings 2 x 10 (6kg)
Russian Twist 2 x 10
Squats 2 x 10
Dead Bugs 2 x 10
Glute Bridge 2 x 10

Was ok but definitely aggravated the hip/leg/stomach, whatever it is! Not sure I’ll be able to do another s&c this week
