Is Hyrox off the table for now. A good gym session is a decent alternative? But we could add in a third run if you prefer.

Back to Deka which felt good after not doing it for a bit. I was worried as I do feel I’ve lost some of my strength the last few weeks but I felt I was really on it and gave it my all. I think it was remembering what you said to me last week about how strong I can be. And actually I felt it distracted me from the niggles and other issues. Gonna give it a go with my next run!
