Didn’t really do an outright hyrox session this week but went to the gym first thing on Monday and did some core weights and then did skier and rower after my run on Friday night

No worries. I think as long as you can get a decent gym session in, or HYROX, that’s enough right now. You’re at an age where the S&C isn’t as important for some of us oldies. So you can get away with it for now.
