2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Not really a PB course with kilometres 2, 3 and 4 all gentle uphill before a downhill finish. A great event though with a lovely atmosphere at the finish. It’s a point to point so plan where you are going to park.

Love this race. Very best of luck. I believe there will be a group going for lunch afterwards if you wanted to join them.

Felt strong warming up and during race. No walking on the hills. Kept a good pace up hill. Proud that I was faster than my last Hastings parkrun by a few seconds by my watch Plus Andy Alabaster said i looked strong at finsh with my head up. .

Love this. So pleased this went well. Your such a good example of sticking with it when things are tough, because you’ll have runs like this that you’ll feel strong and enjoy. And so nice to have that comment about the posture as I know you’ve worked hard on that. Andy wouldn’t have said that if he wasn’t consciously aware of that. Great running Sue!!! Really pleased.
