5km @ 5k Pace (RPE: 8)

2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Not really a PB course with kilometres 2, 3 and 4 all gentle uphill before a downhill finish. A great event though with a lovely atmosphere at the finish. It’s a point to point so plan where you are going to park.

Don’t overthink it. Don’t worry about everyone else. Just go and run your own race and no need to push too hard. Really it’s just a day out with friends, so it should be approached with a relaxed attitude. The pub lunch will be the highlight.
