2km WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2)

3km @ 3km Pace (RPE: 8)
3km @ Pace of Team (RPE:5-8)

2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A great event where you take part in teams running a total of around 6km. A good replacement for a weekly efforts.

Push hard on your own 3km leg and then obviously run with the team in the final leg. Should be a really fun event, very best of luck.

Really enjoyed this. Leg on my own was tough Had pain in my glute ongoing still from sunday. But the last leg it disappeared and felt good. Nice to do it with the team. Great event. Thanks for coming over to support
