Cardio was tough, legs felt heavy, Farmers Walk – good, Clam Shells, Side Lunges and Leg Press – good, Forward Lunge & Rotation – better, Kettlebell Swings & Squats – okay, Walking Lunges – balance getting better, Wall Sits – getting stronger (Quads no longer screaming) Calf & Tib Raises – good, Psoas hold – feel towards the end.

I think a 3rd day of cardio in a row perhaps why it was tough? I know you said Wednesday morning felt challenging too. Glad the rest went well and the quads are starting to behave themselves again.
