Definitely not a race to be clocking a quick time given the terrain and elevation. Rye, on a calm day is possible a few mins quicker. So with that in mind, and week 1 of the new plan, I’d be inclined to take this a little steady, especially lap 1, then you can produce a strong finish and take some people towards the end.
