10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

Pacers day I believe. Perhaps a chance to tuck in with the 25 pacing group and then leave them all for dead with a burst of speed with 1 mile to go.
