Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Did a warm up , but I took a long time to get going to the pace I wanted to run , it was not until the last k I reached my 5k pace , no niggles felt good afterwards

We all have those days and given you’ve not been feeling your best and also coming off the long midweek run it’s not surprising. Well done though Al, another good session ticked off.
