parkrun

LOAD: 250

15 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

parkrun @ 5km Pace (RPE: 8)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

Eastbourne parkrun as suggested. Although there is the Hastings 5 Miler on Sunday. That is a more serious race. It just depends if you want to make that step up. It would be an opportunity to meet a lot more of the team. If you do decide you want to give the 5 Miler a go, just let me know. It would mean doing this parkrun slower though. Hence why I’ve left it out for now. Good luck on this one.

ENJOYMENT

RPE

4:50 k's.

PACE

Ran Bedgebury 69.24% ag, which I’ll take as it’s just about within my top quartile. Chose bedge as I miss counted sat’s in the month, and didn’t want to run eastbourne two weeks running. Warmed up and down to get to 9 k’s total.
Kevin Cobb
Well done Kevin. Tough route that one and always going to be a bit harder to hit the age grading as a result. Really nice place to run though so glad you enjoyed it.
