Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

Let’s go for a fast parkrun. Early forecast is good. If you wanted a pacer just let me know. I might even be able to pace you myself.

Cheeky sub 30. If I’m honest I feel like I could have got a sub 29 🙈 I had my sister with me so held back for her a bit. Only for her to speed up at the end and over take me 🙄 never again! Haha
