Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

Great parkrun today. Managed it in 34.23. Followed the 34 min pacer and just tried to keep up with them as far as I could! Ben helped push me at the end! 30 secs quicker than weds so well happy with that! Did the warm up and strides. Unfortunately had to rush off for my Sports Massage so there wasn’t any time for a proper cooldown. But feeling very good. No aches or pains.
