Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

The early forecast is good. Would be a smart move to see where the fitness is at. Use this as a marker. So no pressure. Did deep in those last 2 km.

Fairly decent park run with Lindsey pacing me 😊 Definitely struggled in the second half as even though the wind was behind us it didn’t help and then felt so hot 🥵
