Enjoyed a light 30mins Pilates session. Some good core and leg work in there. Did this instead of a run and made the correct decision!

Well done Andy. Once we get that realisation that adaptation happens when we rest & recovery we can then plan smarter. I have runners who feel the need to do something everyday, and their progress is much slower than some of my top runners who are putting in less work, but getting enough recovery. Sometimes “working harder” isn’t always better.
