FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

🙄 Just a fraction slow

PACE

Sorry it’s gonna be a moany one! My stomach was blooming playing up again and I struggled with the heat. I struggled to get my heart rate down and it was making me feel dizzy and sick and I actually had to stop a couple of times which was incredibly frustrating. I couldn’t get it to drop below 180 regardless of the pace. I’m sure that’s not right. I was doing ok on the pace but was slightly too slow on the 10k and by 5k pace I wasn’t able to maintain anything so slowed it down. I went out too late in the day, think that didn’t help. I just wanted to make sure I gave it a bash.

I think you can only do what your body allows you to do. And so whilst it’s incredibly frustrating I think it’s important not to be too self critical. You don’t want to push yourself to the point something goes wrong. It seems to me something isn’t up, but obviously you’d need the medical folk to help you with that. Sorry to hear about your struggles Kelly but well done for getting out there and giving it a bash.
