A challenging but rewarding session where you can experience what it feels like to run at different paces.

Love this session. I had so much fun doing this at parkrun. If that is an option for you then I would consider it. Having people to chase makes it much easier to keep picking up the pace.

Please can I do this session again some point? I did enjoy this today, but did get in my head-I think it’s seeing a pace with 5 at the start! Also I didn’t hydrate much yesterday-lesson learnt. I did stop have a massive word and got it done! 💪🏻 also clearly I can’t count, I misjudged and missed the CD, ooooops! Fun though! Happy Good Friday! 🐰🥚

Yes of course, it should definitely pop up again. It’s a hard one to do solo and going through the gears can be tough. I found doing it at parkrun really helped me as I had people to chase down. Well done though Kirsty. A good effort. Enjoy your Easter weekend.
