Lots of recovery work again. If I have any issues its always the same leg. This leg also gets alot tighter than the other so lots of strength work to try even them out. Its not causing me any bother but when doing exercises like dead lifts or squats its noticeable.

That’s interesting. Sometimes it can be a result of other things, like how we sit. My left leg is much weaker than my right leg because for years and years before I started running I use to sit crossed legged at my desk. Right over left, hence the problem. Thought I would mention it on the off chance you are a leg crosser when you sit. Well done for getting this session done Lindsey.
