Good session. Did lots of mobility stuff as had little niggle in top of hamstring after alan corke. Felt alot better when leaving.

Always good to switch it up if need be. My one memory of going to the gym (I did used to go believe it or not) was the feeling walking out the door at the end, knowing I’d achieved something. It’s a great feeling. Well done Lindsey.
