Just need to remember to do these…when I get home they are the last thing I think about…and then it’s too late! Doh! I know how beneficial it is.

It can be tricky. A little and often approach is also possible. So splitting the leg and core work into 2 sessions could help. Then it’s 2 x 15 mins rather than 1 x 30 mins. Either way they definitely do help and the weeks you don’t see Sarah they are worth doing. Well done Philippa.
