Christmas Pudding Dash

LOAD: 150

10 Mins WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2)

4 Miles @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A fun event but the course is very challenging with lots of elevation and can be very muddy. Be sure to have trail shoes on and take spare clothes for after the race. Definitely not a race to go chasing a time or worrying about your pace.

I’ve put this as an easy run in terms of training load. But I think it’s worth including a WU & CD, they should be the best part along the village pavement. Enjoy.

Well there wasn’t much that was easy about that run 😂😂 It was probably the muddiest I’ve ever done that course although I’ve never run it dry. Still a great race with a fantastic atmosphere and I think if you took HR out of the equation there would only be a couple of dozen runners there 😂 I stayed upright and think I got second in age so a good result in my book 👍

Love the fact you have taken the positives from this. It kind of is what it is really. As you say a fun event and just good to be part of an event like this and why I came over to watch. Well done Andy.
