10K @ 10k Target Pace (RPE: 5-9)

2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A nice flat route but the wind can play havoc at the nature reserve so keep an eye on the forecast if it’s a PB you are after.

Likely to be breezy on the way out so if you can find someone to tuck in behind, even if it means dropping the pace for that 5k, then that’s a good tactic, then when you hit the turnaround you can then look to pick up the pace and finish strongly.
