A very popular session with the idea being you get progressively quicker as the reps go on. Always a favourite with my team!

I’ll be there Tuesday at 10am in the park. Hoping there should be 4 or 5 of us doing this session. One of my favourites.

A good session, I think my times were all quicker than they should have been, but all good with no niggles. It’s good running with Sue W as she’s quicker that me so it makes me push myself to catch up with her. The majority of the session I ran at 8:34 pace , the rest at 8:24, 7:53 & 7:15, I’m happy with that. Average stride length on the main block was 1.02m so that’s an improvement

Excellent work Sue. And as you say, having someone that fraction quicker is perfect and you can focus on them and use them as a pacer. Loving those paces. I think we all did very well. Appreciate the company.
