ROBERTSBRIDGE 10K!! Just a lovely race to be part of. Let’s treat this as an easy run. So 5-10 mins WU and then 70-75 mins for the race, anything else is too quick. It’s important sometimes to take this approach with races. Exactly what I did myself with the Weald Challenge and loved it.
