See this as a chance to lay down a marker. So no pressure as to what time you run. Your fitness should still be a in very good place though, so you should be confidence of a decent time. But this early in the plan it’s more a case of seeing there the fitness is and what we need to work on. Very best of luck Jamie, I hope the wind is kind.
