Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

We’ve found the right level to challenge me as that almost killed me – especially the dumbbell swings and the shoulder press which I could barely get them above my head! As I’m only around M-W next week, I’m happy to do Monday track, Tuesday S&C and then a long easy run on Wed – feel I need that for stamina? Welcome your thoughts

Crikey, that does sound demanding 😂 Great job for getting it done. Let me know if is a little too tough and I can reign it in a touch. If you wanted to do a long run Wednesday before you go away then great, it would be a good bonus. I can change it up if need be.
