Focus mainly on legs & core. 4-5 leg exercises, 3 core and a couple of upper body exercises would make up a well rounded session. Take advantage of the gym equipment if you can.

Great to be back in the gym, strong session. Had an additional 30mins due to son’s basketball being extended so did additional reps on all and a 10mins shake out on the treadmill
