S&C at home in the gym being encouraged and motivated by Jack who goes in there almost everyday for an hour. I done a variety of exercises, squats, lunges, calf raises, plank, pull ups and crunches, used some weights only light compared to what most use in sure but I wanted to be able to complete each set rather than use to heavy and not be able to finish and I covered full body areas, it was good to have Jack helping 😊

Excellent work Michelle. Nice to have Jack for company and great to hear is making good use of the gym. Ultimately that’s what we are looking for. Though keep it simple, focus on those key movement patterns and have get a few core exercises in there too. S&C in my opinion should be simple but consistent and that’s what will deliver the best results in the long run.
