Has a physio session with Hannah Collinson about by elbow and it’s tennis elbow. She given me some exercises and I’ve now got an elbow support which with the exercises should help it to improve. I did most of the S&C exercises but did drop down by 2kg on each one as it’s angry from Hannah. Wasn’t able to the twists or the swings. Hopefully a light week next week will help with the healing. For next week’s programme, I have entered Beckley on the 2nd

I guess that’s not terrible news as tennis elbow in my understanding is about overuse rather than too much damage? I might be wrong there. But sounds like you can still do most of the exercises in moderation. Really pleased you’ve entered Beckley as there should be a good representation from Team Orange, I’m hoping to run too. 😁
