Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

I’ve moved this. I think it would be wise to give yourself that extra day after Henfield. But see how you feel Monday and switch back if you feel good.

Felt strong on this, I played about with the weights/reps a bit and everything worked out well, legs feel good atm tomorrow’s run will be the true test bit fingers crossed there on the mend.
