Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

As itโ€™s Friday, took a while to get on with it! Mixed it up by cycling and arms at the same time ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†, then a few additional exercises and stretches. Covered most thing, but going easier on the legs.
