So glad I swapped these around! My strength is nowhere near where it used to be, you’d be shocked by how much I love dropped the weight by! But I didn’t push it, it’s about maintaining and yes I want to build up a bit but not kill myself doing it overall a good session

I really like this. And yes don’t worry about the fact you’ve dropped off. But what you’ve said is right. You don’t want to ruin yourself to the point you’re then not able to train well on your running session the next day. For me I want to be in doing S&C 30 years from now and to have that longevity we need to be smart, keep it simple and not push ourselves too hard. Well done Kelly.
