Got in the gym at home at lunch time today. Worked hard, completed each task 😊 gave it my best, lacking a bit of energy and still a bit under the weather but really wanted to make sure I got this done for the week. On top of this I’ve lose a toe nail this week which is pretty sore in my trainer 😩 I’m sure as it heals it wiil feel much better. Has to use 5kg weights in place of 6s as we have 5s and 7.5 not 8s but hoping my efforts make up for it 😊
