parkrun @ 5km Pace (RPE: 8)

10 Mins CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

I’m assuming Seaford is a no-go. Stick to the routine, hopefully the speed work on Tuesday has helped you with these.

Had a good run this morning at Horsham , grass ,hills and trees and plenty of roots , twelve seconds slower then last week mainly due the fact i ran 21 k plus Thursday , and a lot of runners again , but pleased no niggles or injuries .see you Monday night
