I have found these are sometimes a bit light on volume. Especially the “progression” reps. So my advice is go hard in all reps to get the best out of these sessions.

Felt strong today. Didn’t do full CD as was too hot but track sessions definitely paying off as session felt very light in comparison. Felt I could have pushed harder on a couple Of circuits but the weather was a bit off putting.

Yes Lou, great work. Nice to hear you felt strong as well. I do get the cool down is tricky, especially when no-one else does it, but no reason you can’t be the leader and install good habits in the others. If they see you doing it, they’ll soon question why and join in (I think). Fantastic work in warm conditions though. You’re running really well right now with HHM edging closer.
