I have found these are sometimes a bit light on volume. Especially the “progression” reps. So my advice is go hard in all reps to get the best out of these sessions.

Let me know if you want to swap these for a group session earlier in the week.

Loved this today! Felt like it could be a longer session though. Did WU, CD, Nicks warm up stretches and a cadence test with Nick and the crew too. No niggles I’d like to go next week if I can too 😃
