45 Mins @ Varied Intensity (RPE: 3-9)

Sometimes it can be good to reduce the impact and get the heart rate up with some cross training. Plus spin classes can be great fun.

Keep these in for now. I’ve got them in for the first 6 weeks of the plan but we can replace them as soon as you feel ready.

This was a super tough session. So sweaty. Lots of hill climbing a sprints. Even though it’s not recognised by the watch this definitely still feels like it’s helping me keep a level of fitness. It’s by no means easy!

Having done spin myself I know how challenging it can be. The fact it can be so sweaty just highlights the workload. I’m not sure why Garmin doesn’t see it that way. But hey ho. Really good job Alice.
