In Bexhill now. Fast flat route. Ideal for a quick time. Pace yourself at the start and then in those final few kms try and beat those ahead of you and not be overtaken.

This will be great. Such a nice atmosphere for these events. Nerves are normal even though it’s not a big race, so embrace them and just know it means you care about your running. I still get nervous for races like this. I’ve set the targets purely as a guide, if you feel strong, kick on. And it is a race so if there are runners ahead of you with 500 metres to go, destroy them.
