Done. Not too hard – felt better than it has done for a few weeks. Not sure why the watch is giving me a strange pace…I have set it to ‘intervals’ 8 x 100m – so it measures fine…it’s just the pace I dont understand… Anyhow – speedier in this session that I have been for a while.

It’s nice to see that progress. I wouldn’t worry too much about pace here. Running tall and powerful should be the mindset and hopefully that will then creep into your other runs and even posture in general.
