Strides tied in with WU. Slow CD to gauge the hammy, it doesn’t like running fast atm, plodding about 7:30+ seems fine.

It might be we hold back on the speed work for a week or so to give it some extra time to heel. In the mean time we can always add in some extra easy miles if need be.
