RPE

8:27 / mile - I have 2 245 watches, 1 gives pace in miles!

PACE

Ran this today, trying to catch up on last week. Ended up running 6.34k in 33:18, inc 4 x 100 strides. So not good in distance, pace was v easy, due to fatigue.

Well done Kevin, that’s fine. I often say don’t worry about pace on the easy runs. It will vary from one run to the next just depending how tired you are. The most important thing is to keep it easy and keep that heart rate down.
